Silver to Gold Growth Pathway:

The aim is to build a trusted group of peers to support you through this learning pathways and help you deliver and cover all the key elements to improve, develop and deliver a growth strategy. You will review and analyse the key elements of your business including; vision and purpose, management and leadership, structure, marketing, sales and finance. This is a group learning journey and will include a lot of peer-to-peer exchange of ideas, knowledge and experiences as well as new ideas and concepts and accountability for actions.

This particular pathway is a series of 12 x 3 hour workshops online over 6 months. In later 2021 we are hoping that we will be able to get back to physical events, in which case this may move to 1 x full day (10am-4pm) a month for 6 months (plus 1 x 2hour online session per month). This pathway will help you to develop and refine a strategic business plan for the growth of your business, alongside growing your business growth network with the other people in the group and beyond.

This is being facilitated by an excellent and experienced business coach, Tom Yeung, of Success Management. Tom has over 20 years of creating effective and successful business development and growth strategies for all size, sector and style of business, both within the UK and Globally. He has successfully run his own business development and coaching business for many years and has been a great support for our current Cohort.

Mastermind Pathway:

This is a Peer-to-Peer learning with Sam Lindley a highly experienced business coach. Each session will focus on the challenges of the people who lead the business, discussing their challenges and experiences openly and honestly in the group. These issues will be then worked through as a group to help look at how to combat and overcome these challenges, though personal experiences, industry examples, and group discussion. If one particular member is having a particular issue, this can then be work-shopped in detail during a spotlight session to allow the group to assist with suggestions of strategies or tactics to help overcome these challenges.

This particular pathway is a series of 12 weekly 3 hour workshops online over 3 months. In later 2021 we are hoping that we will be able to get back to physical events, in which case this may move to 1 x full day (10am-4pm) a month for 6 months (plus 1 x 2hour online session per month). This pathway is aimed at development of the leader to support the long-term development and growth of the business. Throughout both pathways offer 1-2-1 support.
