Join us for this workshop where we will develop your Business Mindset.

During the session we will explore and discuss what a positive Business Mindset looks like and means for you and your business.

You will develop an action plan which will inform your strategy and enable you to implement plans in your organisation focussing on topics such as:- Identifying what your customers really want and how to think like them?

– Effective Leadership and Change Management in your business.
– Understanding your business processes and the impact they have.
– How being sustainable benefits your business.
– The importance of a good strategy and plan.
– including understanding why data is critical for you.

You will leave the workshop with an action plan, tools and resources for you to access to embed and flourish from a positive Business Mindset

This small group in-person workshop is aimed at Entrepreneurs and Small Businesses with in Norfolk, UK.

Eligibility:

These small group in-person workshops are open to any business, freelancer, or charity based in Norfolk, UK. Please note that you will need to have registered for our fully funded business support service to participate.

Meet the Trainer
Andy Skinner is one of very few Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belts in the UK. He has proven himself in defining business strategies, programme, project and man management qualities, having designed end to end operating models, improved critical business processes, defined strategies within market leading financial services businesses.
He has won awards for innovation and customer centricity.
Andy has significant experience in implementing continuous improvement training programmes across industry sectors and businesses of varying sizes, from SME’s through to businesses in excess of 2000+ employees.
Having worked on a global, national and local scale, he has the experience to understand what makes businesses successful.
