Rural grants for West Norfolk businesses – 31 Dec deadline!

Five weeks left to apply! Are you looking to develop new products or facilities that will be of wider benefit to the local economy? Then you may be eligible for the West Norfolk Rural Business Capital Grant like D&H Direct, a supplier of agriculture, equine and veterinary products.

The business and customers have benefitted from the grant in many ways, including more efficient operations and carbon reductions. A customer also said: “The Vetset Stock-on-site system by D&H Direct has been transformative for The National Stud. Having supplies readily available at all times ensures we can provide the highest quality care for the horses.

“In a busy working stud farm, not having to place orders means one less job to do. The pay-as-you-use system is cost-effective and extremely efficient for everyone involved. It’s an impressive service all round.”

You can apply for grants between £10,000 and £100,000. The maximum grant intervention through the programme will be for 50% of eligible capital costs, up to a maximum value of £100,000. Match funding must be secured and projects must be ready to proceed immediately and be fully completed by 31 December 2024.

Get in touch with Grant Adviser Sally Lomax via sally.lomax@norfolk.gov.uk to discuss your project and eligibility. You can also contact us on 0300 3565 or fill in our form.

Funded by UK Government and in partnership with the Borough Council of King’s Lynn and West Norfok.
