Scale Up New Anglia returns with new programme for business leaders

Scale Up New Anglia – a high performing, fully funded programme of support for business owners and leaders with plans to grow – is back with a new programme launching in February.
New Anglia Growth Hub’s popular workshops have supported almost 400 companies in Norfolk and Suffolk and helped them lever £20m in grants and private sector investment since the scheme was launched six years ago.
Participants have seen an average increase in profit of 16.3% and an average growth in turnover of 22.5%.
A new series of courses kicks off next month with support for business leaders in areas from crisis management and succession planning to managing Gen Z employees.
Theo Kaciubskyj, Business Growth Adviser at New Anglia Growth Hub, says: “Scale Up has become a massive success since it began and is targeted at ambitious, forward-looking businesses that want to expand.
“By signing up to our headline programmes, you get exclusive access to expert analysis of your current business and its prospects, helping you select the areas to focus on that will yield the strongest, most sustainable growth.
“Participants learn from similar businesses in a peer-to-peer environment, gaining real-world insights, and getting the opportunity to take time out of their business and reflecting on what is and is not working for them.
“These workshops are always extremely popular, and I would advise businesses to book their places as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.”
The forthcoming Scale Up New Anglia programme is:
10 February – Creating a Sales Culture for Your Business (five sessions)
14 February – Crisis Management (three hours)
20 February – Empower Women Leaders (five sessions)
23 February – Mastermind Pathway Sign Up (February-June)
14 March – Silver to Gold Growth Pathway (March-June)
24 March – Net Zero and Corporate Social Responsibilities (three hours)
13 April – Succession Planning (three hours)
